I'm hoping that someone can help me with this
problem...when I go to the Windows Update page I get the
message that the Update is Incomplete. I tried to access
Updates by following all of the troubleshooting steps
that involve cleaning Temporary Folders and am still
hitting a wall. Also, one of the troubleshooting steps
that was suggested involved enabling ActiveX controls in
the Internet Security settings. Everytime that I attempt
to adjust the Security levels I find that after it asks
me if I'm sure that I want to adjust the settings, and I
click "yes", it still reverts to the present settings.
I'm pulling my hair out! All of this started because I
was experiencing printer problems, and I thought that I'd
check to see if there was an Update that would help.
Sometime ago I disabled Automatic Updates because I was
having so many System problems after the auto-downloads.
This PC is only a few months old...What can I do
