Unfortunately our company uses an old DOS based software
that is hardcoded to poll our network at 2:01am every
morning 7 days a week for data. DST setting affects this
program once a year. Is there a way or a seperate program
that I can run that will chenge the actual time of
changing the time for DST to another time...say 4:00am
insted of 2:00am. Our network never sees 2:01 am becuase
it goes from 2:00am to 3:00am directly.

Thanks in advance for any help

Best bet, contact the software vendor and ask for a fix.
