Can someone help me. I have recently experienced problems
with my IE software. When I pull up the web I can't see
any pictures. All I see are the red x's. When I go to
encoding and select western european it then shows the
pictures. Each time I pull up a new page I have to select
encoding again to see the graphics.
Any help appreciated...
