I have a strange problem with moving or deleting some non
-system files. Usually it's mpg or iso or avi files rather
big. While i try defrag a disk I have a message that some
files cant be opened. I restart computer close all possible
programs and services and still have the same message.
Could someone explain me what is wrong?
