Missing gapi32.dll file

When I run Norton Win Doctor, the program cannot fix the
following error.


C:\WINDOWS\System32\MAPISRVR.EXE" cannot access a
necessary file, "gapi32.dll."

Does anyone know what program this refers to, and how I
can fix it? There is no noticeable problem that I can see
that this is affecting right now, but would like to
repair the problem. Thanks for your help. Rick
