I'm currently using windows xp home and recently set up fax service, everything is working great receiving and sending faxes, but when receiving more than 1 page, I can't read other pages. I can only view top/1st page.
Don't have any arrow keys to advance or view pages. Nor does any of the options such as half page, full screen, etc. work. Any suggestions???

What application are you using to view these files? Both the Picture and
Fax Viewer and Microsoft Office Document Imaging have arrow buttons that
allow you to read all pages.

I'm using Microsoft Office Document Imaging and don't have access to any arrows, in fact no arrows whatsoever, should I possibly uninstall and re-install fax server??

That's hard for me to explain, I have MODI on this machine and I DO have
arrows; here, they are between the Page Number window and the Help button on
the Standard Toolbar. There doesn't seem to be any way to add or remove
buttons from this Toolbar, so I'm at a loss as to why you don't have arrows.
