sp2

[wolfman]

i am installing a hp printer, all in one, and hp says i need sp2 to support
it. i tried downloading sp2 in the past, and had nothing but problems. i need
to know exactly what has to be done before, during and after i start this
task. the last time i had it so messed up i had to reformat my hard drive.
please help.
