I'm trying to fix my dvd problem and here is what I'm
trying to do... configure Windows Media Player to use the
hardware decoder:
In Windows Media Player, click Options on the Tools menu.
Click the Performance tab, and then click Advanced.
In the Preferred decoder section, click Hardware.
Click OK to save this change, and then click OK.
My problem now is that the hardware option is greyed out.
How can I fix this?
