partitioned hardrive

My hardrive is partitioned into 2 logical drives (C and
D). My problem is that my C drive is very full and I want
to move some of my files to my D drive. I run kazaa and
keep a lot of music files on my pc and wish to move them
and the kazaa programme over to my D drive but have no
idea where to start. If this isnt possible how do I move
other programmes or files in order to free up space on my
C drive. Please help.
