Anyone else have experienced slow loading of Windows
Explorer and Internet Explorer after installing the
latest critical updates for Win XP Home? It seems like my
system "hangs" all the time when doing various tasks. I
looked at CPU utilization and does not show 100% CPU
usage when this happens.
