two possibilities you might want to check out

might be related to indexing, indexing is a resource hog, and it is
generally best to disable this service.

might be a corrupt prefetch, you can safely delete the contents of the
prefetch folder and it will rebuilt itself after about 3 or so restarts.

Set your clock to the correct time. It's rude to set it ahead.

Not necessarily the posters problem. Many servers are causing this time
problem.
