Bootvis question

I recently had to recover my corrupted registry and use a
restor point after using Bootvis and it crashed my
system.. I'm up and running now, however, I tried running
Bootvis again and now it says "To collect traces, Program
files directory needs write permissions".

Anyone know why my program files directory would be
screwed up from the restore point usage?
