View Full Version : Unable to Click 'Accept' on WindowsUpdate

Hi
We just took delivery of a brand new Dell laptop. I ran a windows update,
selected everything, but when the license window pops up, I cant see the
accept button!! No matter what I do I cannot click on the accept button!
Has anyone else seen this? no key combo works either (eg - alt a, tab enter)
help!!

The lan settings made no difference on our Dell laptop. I found a
suggestion in another group to hit the tab key and it worked for me.
The accept button appears.
