Import messages and folders?

I like to import the messages and folders I have set up on my laptop to the
desktop.

I have Exported the Messages and Folders, but it does not allow an export to
a Floppy.

Is there some other way? Like telling me where I can find the Exported file
and the send it to the desktop via cable.

Any other suggestions?
