when I turned my computer on, this error pop up before
windows could load. Load needed DLLs for kernel. If you
could help me in any way it would be wonderful. Thanks in

Can you get into safemode?
If you can, use the command:
SFC /SCANNOW.
If you can't get into safemode,
a repair install may be necessary.
