exit windows XP

I would like to creat an windows exit shortcut on windows
XP' desktop. The command was syntaxed as "Type the
location of Item :"c:\windows\rundll32.exe user.exe,
exitwindow". It it could not work out. What's the solution?

Go to a command prompt and type "shutdown /?" - without the quotes.
