? about folder - am I seeing things, or..?

I recently formatted and reinstalled Windows on my C: partition and noticed
what I thought had always been "Shared Documents" is now just named
"Documents". I could have sworn this wasn't called that before. Picture
attached, any ideas or suggestions why this is happening, or am I imagining
things? (Probably the latter LOL)

Ignore...did a repair install and it's fine now. Must have deleted the
desktop.ini by accident.
