When i turn on my pc after a minute or so i get a pop up coming up. Its says
explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close and gives you the
options of clicking on debug or close. When you click on debug nothing
happens and when you click close it shuts down your pc.

If you click the debug can you get into your OS? If so then look at the event
viewer in the administrative tools to find a more detailed window about the
problem. Look for the Red X's. Those are conflicts. You could also run sfc
/scannow This lets the system check for missing or corrupt OS files and
replace them with the originals found on your XP CD. TTFN.

The only technical advice comes from the pop up. It says the Appname is
explorer.exe, the Modver is 6.0.2800.1106, the Appver is the same as the
Modver. The Offset is 000f7b46 and the Modname is explorer.exe. Dont know
if this helps any but hopefully, cheers!
