Disk Cleanup & Lockup

When run from my account, program freezes at Compressing
files.." point, utilizes all free memory and must be ended
by re-booting.

Running from any of the other three accounts works fine.
Any ideas?

I'm hesitant to use the patch that MS suggests since it
involves tweaking of the system settings.

Save on Desktop.
Double click the icon once downloaded.
The icon can then be discarded.
