I am having two problems and do not know where to get the
help. First of all, I try to get into a group chat that I
belong to and it does not allow, advising me that I need
microsoft.com/java. I have downloaded this before but
apparently it is not working again.
The second thing that is causing me utter frustration is
Microsoft Outlook. It came loaded on my machine but is not
working as per the instructions that I have. I have three
ISP and have tried to load them. It is giving me a message
about an object is not available. I need help on
configuring the setup for Outlook.
Thank you for any help.

Carol;
Reload Java:
Microsoft is removing Microsoft Virtual Machine from its websites and
stopping distribution because of a court order:
http://www.microsoft.com/java/

You can download Sun Java here:
http://java.sun.com/getjava/
