I have just started using Windows XP on my home computer
and have set up my Outlook Express. I've added the email
identities for all the members of the family as I did in
Win 98.
All is working fine until I try to switch identities.
It goes thru the process of switching and then Outlook
Express disappears from the screen altogether. When you
click on the icon to try and open it again, the hourglass
is on the screen for about 10 seconds and then disappears
and nothing comes onto the screen. You have to restart
computer to gain access to Outlook Express again. I am
however able to switch identities OFFLINE with out any
trouble. Please Help !!

You Cannot Switch Identities in Outlook Express After=20
You Install Windows XP SP1
