after SP2 is installed, the PC will automatically reboot. After the reboot,
the graphics are horrible and the screen resolution is 480. When i go to
Setting, Advances, Adapter, everything is blank. Basically, driver is
missing. Help!!

I actually started from scratch all over again with the original install of
XP w/SP1. At this point, would I be able to copy everything out of
WINNT/SYSTEM32/DRIVES to a CD, then if I run into same problem(after
upgrading to SP2), I can refer to the CD for he missing drives?

Jim;
You need to go to the video card/computer manufacturers website and get the
latest Windows XP drivers.
Not all drivers are on the Windows CD and if that is the case, reinstalling
will never help for a driver that is not available on the CD.
