Attempting to do a system backup using XPHome and NTBackup utility. Backup
failed resulting in this error:

Backup Status
Operation: Backup
Active backup destination: File
Media name: "Backup.bkf created 3/24/2005 at 5:34 AM"

Backup Status
The files for the recovery diskette could not be created. The operation was
aborted.

That was painless. But no recovery disk.

Here's the proceedure that produced the error:

1- Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, point to System
Tools, and then click Backup. The Backup or Restore Wizard starts.

2- Click Advanced Mode.

3- Click the Automated System Recovery Wizard button.

4- Click Next.

5- In the Backup destination list, click the backup destination that you
want to use.

6- Click Finished.

So, in a nutshell, forget the floppy disks and go with the regular backup
described earlier. In the event of a total system failure, reinstall
WindowsXP Home, install NTBackup, then restore from that previous backup.

Sounds like the only option in XP Home.
