I'm on the one and only administrator account on this computer, however I
cannot access regedit, task manager, etc. because I get the message "Task
Manager has been disabled by your administrator".

I AM THE ADMINISTRATOR!!!!!!!!!!!

Any help would be appreciated.

This solves the task manager problem but I still cannot use the RUN function
of WinXP, through the start menu nor through task manager.

I don't know, it's like I'm not an administrator at all, when I open internet
explorer and type C: it says "Access to this resource has been disallowed", I
can't use Regedit, I can't really do anything. Help?
