Explorer 'Tasks' Panel Problem

Hi,

I have a slight problem with the Tasks panel on the left in the explorer
windows, including file details, other places, etc.

I've uploaded a picture here...

Im using the windowsXP theme, however these panels arent the correct style,
these look like Windows Classic style.

Perhaps a file has been corrupted. These panels used to look correct.
