Purchased a Sony Cybershot Camera that is capable of Video and still
photography. The digital movies are mpeg4 but I can't get Windows
Moviemaker that came with XP to accept the files. Is MM capable of
handling Mpeg 4 ?.

I don't use MM, but based on Adobe Premiere that I do use...

By itself, a video editing program does NOTHING until a CODEC
is installed so the editor "knows" about the video file

You might go here and enter the error message, or try other
