I have to use my XP CD to start up my computer. This
problem just began this week. I've had XP about 3
months. I've downloaded all the fixes, have virus
protection, which is updated regularly. I was NOT on the
internet when the system just shut down Monday and then
required the XP CD to boot up properly. I have ran the
System Restore from the system tools, but the problem
has not gone away.

Please advise what to do now.

Thank you
Susan
