cannot log on after installing SP2

I installed the SP2 for winXP, then restart
Before log on, there is message: blackd.exe error
When I log on, there is long delay, then there is message:

The system cannot log you on due to the following error:

The paramenter is incorrect

Please try again or consult your system administrator

If this is any help it's BlackICE... Try the F8 key during the boot process
to get into safe mode and disabling the process to see if you're able to
boot. Then uninstall the application completely and check for an updated
version that's SP2 compatible.
