My friend has a Xerox xk50cx and after installing SP2 he now receives a message about setting up the catridges. When he clicks ok to it..he gets an error message about missing ssascui.dll. clicking cancel allows printing to go through.
There does not seem to be any information on the Xerox website about this and any support will cost bucks...so I'm trying here first. Has anyone help found a solution to this.
Thanks
Sal.

Chances are when installing SP2, it relocated the dll file. Has your friend
done a Search for the file on his entire harddrive?

We found the dll and copied it to the system32 folder..the error goes away but he is still prompted everytime for the cartridge setup. This didn't happen before he installed SP2.
