If you are able to get into Windows, check your time/date on the taskbar
when you first boot up. If it's incorrect, you'll need to change the
time/date settings in BIOS. May want to take a peek in BIOS anyhow just
to double check that all is as it should be. In Windows, check that you
have the correct time/date and time zone selected.
If still getting the message, try booting to Safe Mode. The message may
be coming from software other than your operating system. If the message
is gone in Safe Mode, it's coming from one of your startup programs.
