When I try to initiate my HP XH555 laptop with Window XP
Home Edition on it, I get a Blue screen with a message
saying in part:

"Problem caused by: PartMgrSys Page
fault_in_Nonpaged_Area"

"Stop: 0x00000050 (0XF87BF4AB, 0x00000000,0xFB87FB4AB,
0x00000000).
PartMgrSys-Address F87BF4AB base at F87BD000, Date Stamp
00000000"

I have "recovered" the C drive and still get this
message. The only way I can get Windows started is to
press F8 when the first HP logo comes on the screen and
select "Start using last successful". What is going on,
and how do I get back to normal operation?
