I have recently started having a recurring problem with
Windows XP Professional. It will hang for eternity when I
click on a link that will bring up a new Explorer Window.
After realizing that it has stopped operating, I can
do "CTRL-ALT-DEL" and when the System Admin Box comes up,
so does the other screen behind it. I have the same
problem sometimes when I click something that will bring
up a "Dialog Box". Nothing will happen until I release it
with the "CTRL-ALT-DEL" process. I don't understand what
could be happening. It seems like it has progressed
slowly to this point, and now it is occurring more
frequently. It is very annoying, and wastes a lot of time.
