Win Msg 5.1.0639 updated?

Windows Messenger 5.1.0639 was re-posted to the MS site last week
(03/24). The contents of the package seem to be identical to the
previous December release and the version number was not changed.

Does anyone know what was changed/updated?

This has happened before; usually just an installer issue corrected (so the actual build
doesn't change). I don't know specifically (yet) this time however.
