ICQ start up file problems in xo prp

When I boot up run icq i get startup file changed box & askes to
delete,ignore etc i tried all then then boot up gaian it comes back, if this
a problems or a bug? how can i fix it.

Hi,

Check with ICQ support or faq's. This is not an XP issue. I ran ICQ even
during the beta with no issues.
