My firm has employees using Windows 98, 2000, and XP (the majority have
2000). We are aware that few people run Windows updates as prompted in
Windows XP or as found at:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp
Is there a way to FORCE Windows updates from the admin side?
If not, is there a tool for remotely checking computers to see if updates
have been run? There appears to be such a tool for monitoring Office
updates: http://www.microsoft.com/office/ork/xp/journ/OffUTool.htm. Does
this exist for Windows?
Thank you for your advice.
