in all the violent weather in the southeast last night,
my pc took a jolt when the power failed. it is on a
surge protector but now the machine takes forever to
boot. approx 20 mins. when it does boot it seems to run
fine, at the correct speed, internet speeds are ok, sys
sandra reports cpu speeds correctly. control panel shows
all hardware intact with no errors. all hard drives are
there and appear to be ok. not sure what to do at this
point to fix it as i dont know whats happening behind the
scenes. any suggestions on what i need to do to
determine what hardware may be causing this problem?
thanks...
