Add remove programs

>Hi.When you deleted those folders you may have removed
components neccessary to safely remove them from the
add/remove list, which could be why you can't remove them
now. I would suggest re-installing each program and then
use the add/remove feature. Once that's done ,then you
can go back and remove "left-over" files and folders you
don't want manually.
