Dialog Demo Running

Hi everyone, dont all answer at the same time. I go to
close windows, and i get a box that says. Please wait till
dialog box demo stops running. I cannot find where it
starts. Does anyone know how to get rid of it. I tried
Crtl,alt,del and it is not running in tasks or programs.

Any Ideas?

equipment is an IBM Thinkpad R-31 with xp pro preloaded.
30 gig hard drive, 512megs of memory, celeron running at
1gigahertz.
