Duplicate Files

Get a quickclean or cleanup software from Mcafee or
Norton, respectively, to remove any duplicate or unused
files. If this problem doesn't solved, you can take a
aggressive step to reformat your hard drive and install
your XP again. Make sure you have knowledge base how to
do this step or ask someone with computer technical
skills to do this for you. Ok...hopefully this will
help..
