modem drivers

I want to upgrade my OS from 98 to XP but I have to
upgrade the modem driver (Rockwell HCF56K Data Fax PCI
Modem) but I can't find the driver anywhere...any ideas?

I did a google search and found some sites, dowmloaded the
drivers but when i treid to open them they were invalid.

Go to Http://www.conexant.com you can get all the help you need there.
Make sure you correctly identify your modem.

Hi Rebecca

Don't bother with Conexant, they only do a generic driver - kind of one size
fits all - and doesn't support everything.

Go to http://www.driverguide.com/, where people upload drivers for all sorts
of things - you'll find really hard to get stuff there.

I have the XP driver for the same as you, but it's also a speakerphone, so
if you have any trouble, give me a mail and I'll send it to you to try.
