I am having the exact same problem, and also with 814033,
331953, & 814995. I have sent an EMail for help, that is
supposed to respond in 1 business day on May 6th., which
is when this happened, but no answer, so sent another just
now. Funny - I have been updating successfully dozens of
times since July 31st.,2002. I don't know what's happening
either. Anyone out there have any input? tia Mickey>--
