after running sp2 now cannot open any folder....?

also a very looooong boot and xp freezes after several attempts to
open folders.....

get lots of "window has encounter a problem"

Is it possible to completely reload windows without losing all my
files..

can not get into safe mode also....

scary isn’t it.... got lots of work i need to do... :D
