Anybody has any ideas?. Most of the time it is just fine,
other days I have to quit, because people can't
understand me. I am reasonably new to computers and WILL
not, will not go in Register.Just like to know what I can
do or what to look for. I have done the audio test and it
is fine. Thanks, Luc

Greetings Luc,

This can commonly be caused by the QoS Packet Scheduler. To do so, click Start, then click
the Control Panel. If you're in category view click Network and Internet connections then
click Network Connections. Right click your network/internet connection, then click
Properties. Uncheck the QoS Packet Scheduler, then reboot and try again. If you're unable to
uncheck it (grayed but still on), choose the Uninstall button instead.
