Show[1] error cannot delete

I cannot delete some files that arecurrently stored in my
recycle bin. They appear to be cookie folders delted
mannually by me. It says show[1] cannot find the
specified folder.

Im not behind a firewall, no virus.

I recent have my recycle bin set to delete without
sending to the recycle bin, but would like to know if
anyone has a fix for this issue so i can one day clear
the recycle bin.
