"WELCOME" at start up

Hi

I have windows XP Professional installed on my computer,
after it boots up I get a Welcome screen and thats it, and
it stays like that.

If I reset it, It normaly boots up OK then the welcome
screen stays for a few seconds then the desktop ok.

I would be grateful for help
