Hello!
Can anyone tell me the answer to the following:
When the download box for SP2 shows it says to backup the system before
downloading SP2..
I don't know what that means...Thanks,Nicholas

Nicholas;
It is not necessary to back-up data in order to install SP-2.
But you should always have current back-ups of all important data not just
during a Service Pack Installation.

In a worst case scenario all data on the computer can be lost.
Back-up important data just in case.
