Claudio, have you figured this out? I have a machine doing the same thing.
See recent threads in this newsgroup about sporadic rebooting and endless
boot cycle. Let me know if you found a fix!

it cant find a registry file and that is why it thinks it skipped it so it
reboots over and over again
