XP Pro SP2 on lan Networking gets Corrupted

I have 35 new Dell PC's with XP pro. Every one of them Has This Problem.
After I install SP2 The Networking gets corrupted. The Network icon in the
Network connections window dissapears. Certian IP apps no longer work. ant I
can't uninstall those apps. I get an error The Windows installer can not be
found.
The problem goes away as soon as I remove SP2.

Are you sure your PCs are clean of all viruses, worms or spyware? Have you
installed updated network card drivers on your PCs?
