Have you tried updates,drivers,at the hp web-site for
youre computer,the BIOS update is there if one is
available from them.What you should do is find out the
mfg of the motherboard,get the model nos,try going to
thier web site and check for upgrade for BIOS.Normally
hp should have one,but thier customer service doesnt
exist with xp,or support.
