SP2 is crashing once a day or more.

Ever since I installed SP2 for XP Pro my system crashes whenever the screen
lock becomes active. I'm not the only one in my department experiencing this.
Any tips or fixes for this?

Are all the machines that are experiencing this error the same? It
sounds like you may need to update your video card drivers. Also make
sure those machines don't have any programs installed that cause a
problem with SP2 like virtual drive software or Nero InCD older

Try setting ScreenSaver to (none) or Default.
